Kate’s Cocktail Lounge
Kate’s Cocktail Lounge is opening soon in the downtown area of Mount Airy. The atmosphere inside the bar is moody and inviting. Velvet textured couches and plush chairs line the walls. The bar is decorated with ornate tiles and lit with vintage sconces. Entering Kate’s Cocktail Lounge feels like going back in time to the roaring 20s and promises a roaring good time.

A rich, and moody brand that invites you to take a step back in time to the 20s as you lounge on a sofa sipping craft cocktails.
Design Notes:
When Katie approached me to design a brand for the new cocktail lounge she is opening, I almost fainted with excitement. She brought me in during the construction phase, which was a first for me. When I toured the location, she laid out swatches of fabric, wallpaper, paint, and tile. I snapped some photos and used them as inspo, crafting a brand that pulled directly from the space. One of my favorite touches is the brand pattern that mimics the tile used at the bar.
